Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure your costume.
May
Between 60–75% of the total balance is to be completed.
June
All balances must be paid in full ahead of Carnival.
We encourage early completion of payments to ensure a seamless experience from selection to collection.

Timely payments are essential to maintaining our production schedule and ensuring the quality and delivery of each costume.
Failure to meet the outlined payment deadlines may place your costume package at risk. If you anticipate any difficulty, we encourage you to get in touch at the earliest opportunity so we can discuss available options.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is a NON- REFUNDABLE CUSTOM ORDER and cannot be cancelled or changed. ALL Payments are non refundable. Experience cost includes but not limited to the following: costumes, breakfast, lunch, alcohol, security and road services.
