Yes. We provide flexible instalment options and have structured a payment tier system with Playmas to help manage your purchase in a cost friendly manner. Once you have created an account and selected your costume, the platform will allow you to log in at anytime to make any additional payments. Please note: All balances must be cleared by the final deadline to ensure your costume is prepared for collection.

All costumes are final sale. Once secured, your position in Monarch Carnival is exclusively yours. Costume deposits and sales are non refundable.

Collection dates will be announced closer to Carnival. You must bring valid ID and your confirmation to collect. If you are collecting for someone else, they must authorise you on this platform or via email and provide your full name as authorised to collect.

We offer limited adjustments at collection. We strongly recommend providing accurate measurements when registering especially when measuring monokinis.

Yes, food and refreshments are included as part of your package and will be provided throughout the day while stocks last.

All masqueraders must remain with the band, follow steward and safety officers instructions and respect others at all times. No glass bottles or illegal substances are permitted.

We play Mas regardless. Rain only adds to the story.

Yes, Monarch Carnival is strictly an 18+ experience.

No. Only registered masqueraders in official Monarch Carnival costumes can play mas with the band and we do not sell wrist bands on its own.

Yes, you may cancel at any time - However, your deposit and payments are non-refundable (this means no refunds or claims will be processed). If you wish to sell your package on, you are free to do so after payments is made in full and you have collected your costume.

If there are any available costumes closer to the event date, these will be announced via our social media platforms. We will not be adding any new orders past the close off date. You are strongly encouraged to secure your costume early.

We offer chicken or vegetarian/vegan options during registration. Please select accordingly.

Ensure that your package is paid in full. You can log into your account at any time to top up payments outside of the payment schedule. We are not able to facilitate any payments during your collection. Costume packages must be collected by the person named on the order. However, if someone else is authorised to collect, they must present the autorisation letter sent to the band, ID for themselves and the package owner. This person must be added as an authorised collector on your account.

You will not be able to access the band on Carnival Day without a wristband. If you have lost/misplaced yours, an additional fee of £50 will be charged.

There will be no spare cups available on the day and drinks will only be served in a Monarch Carnival cup. Cups wont be replaced if lost.
